Jason G. Toll MiCP, director of
industrial services at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction on behalf of
the local seller Thomas Properties, LLC.
Orlando-based
Muto Enterprises purchased the building which was built in 1985 and
formerly housed an aerospace company.
Muto will operate its expanding wholesale paint and paint supplies
business at the facility with 13,300 useable square feet situated on 0.72 acres. Michael Cliggitt of Cliggitt Realty
represented the buyer.
