Star Properties, LLC, d/b/a Orchid
Medical Equipment Company, who plans to occupy 50 percent of the building for
its headquarters that will be relocating.
The sale also included 14,000 square feet of parking garage, Bloom said.

Cite Partners represented Thornton Park
Central, LLC, seller of the building that was constructed in 2001 as part
of the Thornton Park Central mixed-use development one block east of Lake Eola.
