DiVosta Homes’ IslandWalk at the West Villages in Venice Plans Second Resort Amenity Center



VENICE, Fla. -- As the demand for new homes in Southwest Florida steadily increases, so does the level of lifestyle and care-free social living offered at many of Southwest Florida’s top communities. IslandWalk’s existing amenity center has two clubhouses, a tropical resort-style pool, separate lap pool, a lakeside gazebo, 8 tennis courts, 2 bocce ball courts, 4 pickleball courts, a half basketball court, children’s play areas and miles of walkways through pristine estuaries.  McCormick said the existing amenity center also includes a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment for cardio and strength training; activity and craft rooms; a studio for Yoga and Zumba classes; and an elegant gathering room.

With a busy full-time onsite Activities Director, McCormick said the community is home to many holiday and special events, as well as those for individuals, groups and clubs.

A seventh model home – the Summerwood – is well underway, nearing completion and expected be open to the public in early October.  It’s one of the homebuilder’s top-selling floor plans and will feature some of the Summerwood’s most popular design options.
