Hold-Thyssen Completes Expansion Lease at Apopka Commerce Center Nearly Doubling Space of the Non-Profit for Disadvantaged Children



APOPKA / WINTER PARK, Fla.Hold-Thyssen, Inc. a full service commercial real estate firm, recently negotiated an expansion lease in Apopka Commerce Center, a 98,000 square foot industrial park on Cooper Commerce Drive in Apopka.     

Hold-Thyssen’s team of Alex Rowlinson and Troy Stevens represented the landlord in the three-year lease of 2,400 square feet at 535 Cooper Commerce Drive.  Tenant My Neighbors Children, Inc., who provides meals, clothing and other resources to disadvantaged children in North and South America, already leased 2,800 square feet. They have now expanded into a total occupancy of 4,900 square feet. 

The Hold-Thyssen team also negotiated a three-year lease renewal of 15,400 square feet at the center. The tenant Bavaria Corp. is a manufacturer of ingredients for food safety and processing under numerous brand names.

Currently Apopka Commerce Center is more than 90 percent leased.
