ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar has started sales of single family homes priced from the $150s at Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes located off Landstar and Town Center Blvds. in South Orlando.

David Parker, director of sales and marketing for Lennar in the Orlando region, said three, four and five bedroom single family homes at Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes range in size from 1,300 square feet of living space to 3,200 square feet with two-car garages.

Parker said Lennar is offering six distinctive floor plans at Preston Pointe, the homebuilder’s newest neighborhood in the Wyndham Lakes community.

Lennar is also building three and four bedroom single family homes at Somerset Landing at Wyndham Lakes, priced from $199,990 to $244,990, and two and three bedroom townhomes at Camden Landing at Wyndham Lakes priced from $141,990 to $158,990.

Lennar’s Neighborhood Garage Sale at Concept Home Showplace in Stratford Cove at Wyndham Lakes to Offer Furnishings & Accessories, from Nine Model Homes

ORLANDO, Fla. - Lennar’s Central Florida Division will host a neighborhood garage sale Sept. 19 at Stratford Cove at Wyndham Lakes, located at 2446 Strandhill St. off Town Center Blvd. west of Landstar Blvd. in southeast Orlando.

David Parker, vice president of sales and marketing for Lennar in the Orlando area, said items for sale include furnishings and accessories that are currently decorating the nine model homes at the Concept Home Showplace in Stratford Cove at Wyndham Lakes.

Lennar recently opened a new Concept Home Showplace at Wyndham Lakes and the former model homes are scheduled for sale, Parker said.
