ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar has started sales of single family homes priced from the $150s at Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes located off Landstar and Town Center Blvds. in South Orlando.

David Parker, director of sales and marketing for Lennar in the Orlando region, said three, four and five bedroom single family homes at Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes range in size from 1,340 square feet of living space to 3,210 square feet with two car garages.

Lennar is offering six distinctive floor plans at Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes, Parker said.
