Mattamy Homes Acquires 13 Single-Family Home Sites in Greenleaf Village and Seven Home Sites in Austin Park at Nocatee in St. Johns County

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, recently acquired 13 single-family home sites in Greenleaf Village at Nocatee and seven home sites in Austin Park at Nocatee, located off Valley Ridge Blvd. in St. Johns County.

Dennis Ginder, division president of Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said Mattamy has started construction of the new Kaila, four-bedroom model homes with a loft, master suite downstairs, and three-car garage at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee.

Ginder said single-family homes at Greenleaf Village and Austin Park at Nocatee are priced from the low $200s and range in size from 1,663 square feet of living area to 2,981 square feet on 50 and 60-foot home sites.

The model is planned to open in early March, and there are inventory homes currently under construction and available for purchase.
