Centex Homes Extends Popular Bonus Commission for Realtors

ORLANDO, Fla. - Centex Homes has extended its popular “3&Up” bonus commission program for Realtors in 31 Centex Homes communities throughout Florida, including seven communities in the Orlando area.

Carol-Ann Barody, Director of Operational Marketing for Centex Homes in Florida, said Centex Homes pays Realtors a full three percent co-broker commission on the first sale, four percent on the second sale and the Realtor makes five percent on all sales thereafter.

“Our Realtor 3&Up commission incentive applies to all sales made from Feb. 1 through Oct. 31,” Barody said.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - ICI Homes, which ranks as one of the nation’s largest privately-owned home builders, has pulled out all the stops with its latest home buyer incentive---a scratch-off promotion with more than 3,000 prizes.

Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes, said everyone who registers at any ICI Homes community in the state will win either a seven-day/six-night vacation getaway, a weekend getaway, a super cool beach chair or a gift from the ICI Homes treasure chest.

Major scratch-off prizes range from a $5,000 landscaping package to up to $100,000 off the price of a new home in any of the ICI Homes communities located in the Volusia-Flagler, Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando areas.

Messina said the ICI Homes $100,000 Scratch-Off runs through Oct. 31 and anyone over the age of 18 who registers is eligible to win.

After a model home tour is completed, participants will receive their scratch-off ticket, Messina said.

Centex Homes Announces Statewide Realtor Incentive with Three, Four and Five Percent Commissions in 31 Communities

ORLANDO, Fla. - Centex Homes, which ranks as one of Florida’s most active homebuilders, announced it is offering a new “super-powered” Realtor sales commission in 31 Centex Homes communities located throughout Florida.

Carol-Ann Barody, director of operational marketing for Centex Homes’ East Florida Division, said new co-broker commissions for area Realtors include a full three percent on the first house sold, four percent for the second home, five percent for the third and every additional home sold thereafter.

Barody said the super-powered sales commission is available through July 31.

“Local area Realtors typically account for about half of all new home sales,” Barody said. “We instituted a new super-powered commission structure to reward local area Realtors and to super-charge our own new home sales throughout the state,” she said.

Lennar's Central Florida Division sets Special Pricing for 53 remaining Ready-to-Move-in Homes opening in March in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. - Lennar's Central Florida Division has established special incentive pricing starting from the low $100s for 53 Ready-to-Move-in homes located in 17 different communities in the Tampa Bay Region.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar's Central Florida division, said the special pricing is available only through March. All 53 homes are ready to close in March.

Metheny said the three, four and five bedroom homes are priced from the low $100s to the high $200s and range in size from 1,300 square feet of living space to 3,200 square feet.
