DiVosta Homes to Host Model Open House at ModelPark

VENICE, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes will host a model open house celebration from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 to showcase its four single-family model homes in the model park at IslandWalk at the West Villages, a gated community located on Salinas Street in Venice. The Dunwoody Trail model, priced from $274,290 is the largest of the four new model homes offering 2,315 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, an open kitchen that overlooks its enormous great room, full guest suite with private bath and walk-in closets in all bedrooms. Mairn said DiVosta Homes is offering a wide range of personalized options at IslandWalk at the West Villages to make each home unique with a variety of distinctive floor plans for each model home, including outdoor living areas and expanded “flex” rooms. First Green Bank’s Alan Rowe Appointed to Orlando Better Business Bureau Board of Directors Second Time

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Alan Rowe, regional president at First Green Bank, has been appointed a second time to the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida (BBB). Rowe, who lives in Belle Isle, joined First Green Bank in January of 2011. He formerly served as a BBB Board member and was the Central Florida Region’s Chairman in 2003. Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Acquires Philadelphia-Based LMA Architects

Ryland Homes Starts Selling, Construction underway of New Model Home at Tupelo in Mount Pleasant
