TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has introduced three new floor plans priced from the $190s at The Landings off Interbay and Westshore Blvds. in South Tampa.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the new floor plans range in size from 1,308 square feet of living space to 2,180 square feet.
