Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida Negotiates New Lease Agreement with Brevard's Largest Physicians Group for 10,500SF Industrial/Office Facility

MELBOURNE, Fla. --- Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida, associated with 130 offices worldwide, recently negotiated a lease agreement for a 10,500 square foot industrial/office facility at 1575 NASA Blvd. in Melbourne.

Scot W. Marschang, broker associate with the Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida Industrial Group, negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, C&L Investment Properties, Inc. of Oakland Park, Fla.

The tenant, Melbourne Internal Medical Associates (MIMA), Brevard’s largest independent physicians group, leased the property for a purchasing and maintenance facility, which is conveniently located to its new headquarters on Gateway Drive.

Marschang, who has more than 20 years of experience in property owner and medical office tenant representation, said he knew the MIMA organization, which is widely serving the area, would be a good fit.
