SANFORD, Fla. --- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty Commercial Group, recently negotiated a new 10-year lease agreement at Lexington Park, located off S.R. 46 and Mangoustine Ave. adjacent to Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford.
Frank Dever, managing director of Stirling Sotheby’s Commercial Group, negotiated the lease agreement representing both the landlord, Lexington Real Estate Developers, LLC and the new tenant, Brisson Funeral Home, Inc.
Brisson leased 4,251 square feet of space for a funeral home at 710 Lexington Green Lane which will open in January 2010.
