ORLANDO - Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty has formed a strategic partnership with Canin Associates urban planning, landscape architecture and architectural design studios in Orlando.
Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said the internationally recognized, full service, multi-disciplined design and architectural firm is a perfect match for Stirling Sotheby’s.
“Canin Associates will provide conceptual and product design services to Stirling Sotheby's agents and clients, including home owners, home buyers, builders, developers, and lenders,” Soderstrom said.
“With the emphasis today on bank-owned and short sale properties, many luxury home buyers can dramatically improve the value of their new purchase through creative design,” Soderstrom explained.

Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty Executive Participates in ITU World Duathlon Championship at Lowes Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C.
CLERMONT, Fla. - Diane Travis, Southwest Zone Performance Director at Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty in Orlando, finished sixth out of 28 in her race at the ITU Duathlon World Championships. Over 700 people competed in the four day event held September 24 - 27 at Lowes Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C.
Travis, an accomplished duathlete, competed in a 10K run, 40K bicycle ride and a 5K run.

ORLANDO, Fla. - Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty will host a free seminar for home owners facing foreclosure and in need of credit restoration starting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Stirling Sotheby’s Dr. Phillips Gallery, located at 7722 W. Sand Lake Rd. across from the Marketplace at Dr. Phillips.
The seminar, which is open to the public, is sponsored by Boyette Law Offices and Wells-Fargo.
Frank Lavra, an associate with Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said seminar presenters include attorneys, lenders, credit restoration, rental lifestyle and real estate specialists.
“Many home owners are having difficulty meeting their mortgage obligations and our seminar will discuss all their available options, including loan modifications, deed in lieu, short sales, foreclosures and bankruptcy,” Lavra said.
“We will present strategies to avoid the consequences of mortgage foreclosure and how to fasttrack your credit restoration,” Lavra said.

Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said Dunn specializes in golf and waterfront properties in the Central Florida area. He attended Oklahoma State University where he was an avid golfer and soccer player.
Dunn, who has more than 10 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience, was exposed to real estate from a young age, Soderstrom said. His father was a real estate developer and his grandfather was a builder in Tulsa, Okla.
