Lennar's Central Florida Division Names Home Building Executive Francine Miller Director of Sales in Tampa Bay Region

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Lennar’s Central Florida Division has appointed longtime homebuilding executive Francine Miller director of sales in the Tampa Bay region.

Miller is a familiar face in the home building circles of the Tampa Bay and southwest Florida regions. She has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and home building, most recently as regional president of Kimball Hill Homes in Florida.

“Francine Miller brings a great deal of focus and intensity to our group,” said Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida division.

“She is one of the most respected homebuilding executives in the Tampa Bay region. We are very excited about Francine joining our team and look forward to her taking our sales team to the next level,” he said.

Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which builds new single family and town homes priced from the $100s to the $400s is currently building in 16 communities in the Tampa Bay market.
