Lennar's Central Florida Division Names New Sales Manager for the Tampa Region

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division has promoted Dale Human to sales manager for the Tampa Bay region.

Mark Metheny, division president, said Human joined Lennar three years ago and most recently served as a new home consultant.

Human holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and has more than four years of experience in real estate sales, and 12 years in the hospitality industry.

As sales manager, Human will oversee new home sales at eight communities throughout Pasco and Polk Counties, according to Metheny.

“Dale’s contribution to Lennar and the Central Florida Division has always yielded exceptional results and his promotion exemplifies how talent, commitment and hard work are valued and recognized by our company,” Metheny said.

Lennar’s Central Florida Division builds new single-family homes and town homes priced from the $100s to the $400s in more than 30 communities in the Tampa Bay, Orlando and Space Coast areas.
