NAI Realvest negotiates industrial and office renewal leases totaling more than 27,600 square feet in Sanford and Lake Mary

MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated three renewal lease agreements for industrial and office space totaling more than 27,600 square feet at commerce centers in Sanford and Lake Mary.

Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm, negotiated all three agreements at

•Monroe CommerceCenter North, representing the landlord COP-Monroe North LLC in the renewal lease to Shields Environmental for 14,504 square feet of industrial space at 4150 Church Street, Sanford. Joe Hills of Coghlin Commercial represented Shields.

•Monroe CommerCenter South, representing landlord COP-Monroe LLC and the tenant, Advanced Van & Truck Equipment, Inc. who renewed its lease for 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 4154 Incubator Court, Sanford.

•SunTech Commerce Park, 41 Skyline Drive in Lake Mary, where the landlord is SunTech TIC of Coconut Creek, Fla. and the tenant Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv Solutions, Inc. renewed its office lease for 8,112 square feet.
