Richard Andretta, SIOR, Vice President and Associate Rob Turner in the firm’s Office Group negotiated all three transactions totaling 3,843 square feet, representing the landlord Cory Lake Isles Professional Center.
Who’s Next? – New York-style barbershop – renewed a lease for 1,654 square feet at 10353 Cross Creek Blvd., Suites D and E; Solarus Enterprises LLC, a medical supplier, renewed a lease for 1,489 square feet at 10347 Cross Creek Blvd., Suite H and Form Essentials, LLC a vitamin supplement supplier expanded into suite B, an additional 700 square feet and now occupies a total of 1,922 square feet at 10329 Cross Creek Blvd.
