Mattamy Homes to Host Grand Opening at Lake Burden in Windermere to Showcase New Town Homes Priced from the $160s

ORLANDO - Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, will host a grand opening in the spring to showcase the first of 120 new town homes priced from the $160s at Lake Burden, located off S.R. 535 in Windermere.

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, said presales of new town homes at Lake Burden are underway.

New three-bedroom town homes at Lake Burden range in size from 1,600 square feet of living space to 1,900 square feet with two-car garages.

Parker said Mattamy Homes will start construction of two model town homes in March that will open in June.

Parker said Mattamy Homes will also start construction of eight ready-to-move-in homes in March.
