Lennar opens newly decorated Amalfi model home at Hampton Lakes at Riverhall in Alva

FORT MYERS - Lennar has opened the newly redecorated Amalfi model home at Hampton Lakes at Riverhall Country Club, located off Palm Beach Blvd. east of I-75 at Riverhall Parkway in Alva.

Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division, said professional interior decorators at Gordon’s Fine Furnishings in Fort Myers designed the new Amalfi model home interiors with a striking eye.

“The new Amalfi is simply gorgeous,” Devereaux said.

“New single family homes at Hampton Lakes at Riverhall range in size from 1,677 square feet of living space to 3,283 square feet priced from the $100s, Devereaux said.
