Mattamy Homes Acquires 58 Home Sites at Canyon Trails in Goodyear Ariz., will introduce five new home designs

TEMPE - Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, recently acquired 58 home sites at Canyon Trails, located off Canyon Trails Blvd. and W. Yuma Rd. near I-10 in Goodyear.

Carolyn Morrison, vice president of operations at Mattamy Homes in Arizona, said the homebuilder plans to build three, four and five bedroom single-family homes at Canyon Trails that feature open great rooms and two and three car garages.

New homes at Canyon Trails will range in size from 1,400 square feet of living space to 2,500 square feet, priced from the $130s.

“We’re excited to open our new neighborhood before the end of the year, featuring five distinctive new home designs for the Canyon Trails community,” Morrison said. “Canyon Trails is a wonderful master planned community built around a five-acre park with lighted walking trails, open green spaces and neighborhood parks throughout,” she said.
