Del Webb Southshore Falls in Apollo Beach to Host a Fall Grand Opening Oct. 1

APOLLO BEACH, Fla. --- Del Webb Southshore Falls in Apollo Beach will host a Fall Grand Opening that will include a seminar and cocktail hour from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1 to give potential new residents an “inside look” at the active adult community and a chance to talk to residents one-on-one.

Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for the North Florida Division of Del Webb, said the event will include presentations by the community’s general sales manager, lifestyle director, sales team and resident ambassadors, along with a cocktail reception, hors d’oeuvres, live music and tours of the community.

Strickler said participants can also receive a day pass for Sunday at Del Webb Southshore Falls’ Wellspring Club.

“The grand opening event is a chance to meet some of our residents and learn more about the lifestyle available here at Del Webb Southshore Falls,” Strickler explained.

Southshore Falls will host another event earlier that same day.

“We’re unveiling our newest amenity, Eagle Falls Court, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.,” Strickler said. Hot dogs, chips and soft drinks will be on tap for participating residents, and the Southshore Falls tennis pro and pickleball pro will be on hand to greet residents and answer questions.
