DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. --- ICI’s community of Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach played a starring role in the Ideal Living Retirement and Real Estate Expo in Islandia, N.Y. Sept 10 and 11 and in Whippany, N.J. Sept. 17-18.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said she and corporate marketing manager Lisa Egle attended the trade shows to showcase lifestyle opportunities at Plantation Bay.
“These shows are an important part of the overall marketing effort at Plantation Bay,” Messina explained. “Many expo participants come back year after year to see the new developments at Plantation Bay. They are on our mailing lists and they plan to buy homes at Plantation Bay when it comes time to retire,” she said.
“Every year we meet hundreds of new families who want to learn about Plantation Bay, and every year we see dozens of old friends who get the updates,” Egle said.
