ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes recently acquired 24 luxury home sites at Bella Vista, a gated community of single-family homes located off Sand Lake Road in Longwood.
Brian Kittle, director of sales at Meritage Homes, said the homebuilder plans to build new four, five six, seven and eight-bedroom homes at Bella Vista that range in size from 3,082 square feet of living space to 4,960 square feet priced from the low $300s.
Meritage has started construction of the 4,657 square foot Austen model home at Bella Vista with six bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage priced from $349,990.
Kittle said the Austen model home will open in October at Bella Vista and presales are already underway.
