FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – The Port Orange-based law firm of Rue & Ziffra will sponsor the 4th annual Angel Flight Southeast Poker Run Oct. 8.
The event – held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – will feature live music by Banditz, silent auctions, raffles and a free barbecue lunch. A highlight will be the attendance of celebrity guest motorcycle riders NASCAR legend Geoff Bodine, former Jets football player Matt Robinson, and TV’s The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams’ star Dan Haggerty.
Angel Flight Southeast is a Leesburg-based, non-profit organization of more than 650 volunteer pilots who use their own aircraft to provide transportation to medical facilities for those who are financially distressed or unable to travel on public transportation. The agency also coordinates missions involving organ transplants, clinical trials, chemotherapy, the relocation of abuse victims, and families receiving help from Ronald McDonald Houses or Shriners hospitals.

Tickets for the scenic poker run are $10 each and include stops at Linda’s Landing in Bunnell, the Cheyenne Saloon in Palatka, Andersen’s Lodge in Welaka and 3 Bananas in Crescent City.
