ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has two ready-to-move-in homes at Eagles Landing at Westyn Bay, which overlooks Lake Apopka off of West Road and Ocoee-Apopka Road in Ocoee.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said both homes offer five bedrooms, with one ready-to-move-in home offering 2,550 square feet of space, priced at $292,147 and the other move-in ready home has 3,433 square feet, priced at $329,131.
The homes start at $269,900, Roche said.
Only 15 home sites remain at Eagles Landing, Roche added.
