WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. --- Crossman & Company the Orlando-based firm that ranks as one of the largest retail property management and leasing firms in the Southeast, recently negotiated five lease agreements that total 13,986 square feet at South Wind Plaza located at 5335 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach.
Associate Ashley Thornburg negotiated the transactions on behalf of the landlord South Wind Plaza and they were all five-year leases.
Unique Beauty signed a lease agreement on the 1,400 square feet of space already occupied at South Wind and at the same time expanded, bringing its total leased space to 3,200 square feet at the center.
A new tenant, Soaphia Laundry, leased 3,186 square feet and Building Blocks also signed a new lease to occupy 2,800 square feet at South Wind Plaza
Thornburg also negotiated five-year renewal leases for 2,400 square feet each with both Romeo’s Restaurant and Negril Restaurant.
