Mattamy Homes acquires 200 townhome sites at Willowbrook in Oakleaf Plantation in Clay County, presales in 2012

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, has acquired 200 townhome sites at Willowbrook in Oakleaf Plantation in Clay County and plans to begin sales during the third quarter of 2012.

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes, U.S. division, said the townhomes will offer 1,500 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms and two baths and will be priced from the $120s.
