Chicago, Ill. — New Home Star, the national real estate sales and marketing firm that works with builders and developers to sell new homes, has appointed Nathan Amidon division manager in Chicago.
David Rice, president of New Home Star, said Amidon’s experience managing the sales and marketing initiatives of a Fortune 150 builder will be an asset to the New Home Star team.
“For nearly a decade, Nathan Amidon has trained and managed some of the top producing sales associates and projects in the Chicago metropolitan area,” Rice said.
“Nate created and ran a highly effective training program for a top three builder and is widely recognized in the Chicago area as one of the best sales minds in the business. We expect him to play a major role in our continued growth in the Chicago area,” Rice said.
Founded in Chicago in 2007, New Home Star has steadily increased its local presence while also expanding into markets across the country.
