DeBary, Fla. --- Luxury home builder Henin Homes will host a Realtor Preview on Nov. 17 and a Grand Opening on Saturday, Nov. 19 to showcase two new ready-to-move-in luxury homes at Riviera Bella, overlooking the St. Johns River in DeBary.
Jerome Henin, who heads the Henin Group, which is also developing the award-winning Riviera Bella luxury community, said the Maranello model home offers four bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths in 2,244 square feet of living space priced from $272,845.
The Turino model home, with six bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths in 3,303 square feet of living space with a bonus room is priced at $373,770.
Both luxury homes feature gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, tile roofs and covered patios.
Henin said the Realtor Preview is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17.
