WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes reports it sold 25 new three-bedroom townhomes during the past 90 days priced from $153,990 at Nona Preserve off Narcoossee Road in Southeast Orlando.
Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, said Mattamy recently opened a second phase at Nona Preserve with 20 townhomes.
The new townhomes at Nona Preserve offer two-and-a-half baths and one and two-car garages.
Five distinctive floor plans designed by architects for modern family living in the Lake Nona area feature open floor plans, master suites and upstairs laundry rooms, Parker said.
Mattamy Homes will open a third phase with 20 townhomes in December, Parker added.
Nona Preserve features its own clubhouse with a fitness center, media room, swimming pool and children’s playground.
