Top Associate at Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty is Featured Speaker at Luxury Realtor Conference in California

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Joyce Marsh, International and Luxury Marketing Specialist at Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty in the Orlando and coastal regions, will be a featured speaker at the Leaders in Luxury symposium for top luxury real estate professionals Nov. 15-17 at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel hotel near Los Angeles.

Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said the invitation only symposium is hosted annually by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for top luxury home specialists throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Marsh, a founding member of the Institute and member of the organization’s Million Dollar Guild, has sold numerous multi-million dollar properties during her career. Marsh recently marketed and sold an oceanfront estate home in Ormond Beach for $2.9 million earlier this year representing both buyer and seller, a transaction which ranks as the highest price recorded residential sale in the Daytona Beach Area MLS this year.

Marsh is also credited with making the highest recorded residential Sale in 2010, for an oceanfront home she sold located in Ponce Inlet.

Marsh plans to speak to symposium participants about “Marketing Luxury Properties in a Challenging Market”, with special emphasis on utilizing internet marketing tools and international marketing initiatives. Sotheby’s International Realty has 600 offices located in 46 countries, with over 12,000 sales professionals worldwide.

Marsh has been a Broker Associate with Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty since 2006, and has focused on the luxury home niche market since 2000. Marsh is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Short Sale Professional, and a CIPS designee.
