Mattamy Homes Acquires 120 Home Sites at Shelly Wood in Rock Hill, S.C., Sales to Start Second Quarter of 2012

CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, has acquired 120 home sites at Shelly Wood in Rock Hill, S.C.

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. division, said the three, four and five bedroom homes at Shelly Wood will offer 2,400 square feet of living space and will be priced from the $230s.

Presales will start by the second quarter of 2012, Parker added.
