Beazer Homes in Tampa opens new model townhome at FishHawk Ridge at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia starting a $99,900

TAMPA, Fla. --- Beazer Homes has opened a new model townhome at FishHawk Ridge Townhomes located at FishHawk Ranch off Fishhawk Boulevard in Lithia

Ed Suchora, marketing manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the model townhome offers two bedrooms and two-and-a- half baths in 1,208 square feet of living space priced from $99,990.

Suchora said there are eight completed townhomes available for quick closing at FishHawk Ridge.

Beazer also offers a larger plan with three-bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths with 1,609 square feet also ready for immediate move in, Suchora said.
