Lennar Homes Offers Holiday Incentives: Five Percent Commission to Realtors / Zero Closing Costs, Below Market Interest to Home Buyers

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar Homes is offering Realtors in the Orlando region a Christmas bonus: a five percent commission on new homes that sell and close by Dec. 31.

The offer is good on new homes in 13 communities in the Orlando region, which includes Lennar communities in Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Mount Dora, Winter Garden, Sanford and Viera near Melbourne.

Lennar is also offering home buyers huge pricing discounts of up to $18,000 with zero closing costs and below market financing on select new homes sold and closed by Dec. 31 in 13 Lennar communities in Orlando, Sanford, Winter Garden, Clermont, Davenport, Mount Dora, Kissimmee and Viera in Brevard County.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said qualified buyers may opt for zero closing costs or a fixed interest rate of 3.75 percent (4.625% APR) when using Lennar’s preferred lender Universal American Mortgage Company.

Metheny said the offer includes new maintenance free town homes and villas, single-family homes and Lennar’s popular active adult communities and vacation homes.

Pricing discounts range from $5,000 on select vacation homes at Paradise Palms in Kissimmee to $22,000 for a four-bedroom, three-bath single-family home with a three-car garage at Lennar’s Stoneybrook Hills in Mount Dora.

Metheny said each new home comes with Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” package of upgrades, energy-saving appliances and extras.

“We’ve reduced pricing, we’ve lowered mortgage interest rates and we’ve included absolutely everything to make these homes the best values to be found in the Central Florida region,” Metheny said.
