TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division will open its 4,054 square foot, seven-bedroom Himalayan model home in December at Ayersworth Glen, located off U.S. 301 near Big Bend Road in Southshore.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the new two-story model home offers seven bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage priced from the $280s.
Lennar plans to build as many as 180 new single-family homes at Ayersworth Glen priced from the $150s on 60-foot and 70-foot home sites.
New homes at Ayersworth Glen range from 2,267 square feet of living space with four bedrooms to the six-bedroom, 4,259 square foot Brandywine model.
Ayersworth Glen features a community center and clubhouse with a swimming pool, fitness center, picnic area, basketball court, park, playground, sport court, and tot lot.
