WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes US Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, recently appointed Patricia Castillo New Home Counselor and Jerry Rullo Lead New Home Counselor in its Orlando Division.
Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes US Group, said Castillo has 15 years of experience in residential real estate sales and she was formerly a sales associate for Park Square Homes. Castillo will be assisting new home buyers at The Enclave at Lake Jean, Mattamy’s single family community located off University Blvd. and Goldenrod Rd. in east Orlando.
At the same time Parker said Rullo joined the firm as lead new home counselor at the homebuilder’s townhome community, Tuscany Place, located on Millennia Blvd. near the Millennia Mall. Rullo, who was formerly an associate at Park Square Homes has more than eight years of residential real estate sales experience and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
