ORLANDO, Fla. --- Home buyers at Emerson Park in Apopka have until the end of February to register for VIP treatment, which includes a free iPad valued at more than $500.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said VIP home buyers who register by Feb. 29 will get the full VIP treatment.
That means zero down and zero closing costs if they finance their mortgage through Universal American Mortgage Company, half off the price of all options and upgrades and half off their lot premium.
Metheny added that buyers who register at emersonparkvip.com to become a VIP then purchase a home by Feb. 29, 2012 will be invited to attend a special Emerson Park VIP celebration dinner on March 9.
Lennar is building town homes, executive and estate homes at Emerson Park priced from under $130,000.
Emerson Park, located off Ocoee-Apopka Road near S.R. 429, features a community clubhouse, swimming pool, children’s playground and conservation areas.
