Ryland Homes opens Windchase in WaterGrass in Pasco County

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ryland Homes has opened Windchase at the master planned community of WaterGrass, located just north of SR 54 off Curley Road in Pasco County.

Tony Crimi, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said Ryland plans to build 40 new three and four bedroom single family homes in the first phase at Windchase, priced from $158,990 to $189,990.

Crimi said Ryland is introducing its new Sabal Series of Energy Star® qualified home designs at Windchase that range in size from 1,551 square feet of living space to 2,297 square feet.

Windchase is convenient to WaterGrass Elementary School.
