Ryland Homes Opens new Four Bedroom Model Home at Cureton in Union County

CHARLOTTE, N.C – Ryland Homes recently opened a new, fully decorated four-bedroom model home at Cureton, the homebuilder’s newest Union County community where homes feature all brick exteriors and three-car side entry garages.

Krista Long, vice president of sales and marketing at Ryland Homes in the Charlotte division, said Ryland’s Eastover model home offers four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, in 4,195 square feet of living area and is base-priced from $374,990.

Special features of the Eastover are a downstairs master bedroom, formal dining room, study, and an upstairs media room.

Ryland plans to build 36 single-family homes at Cureton that range in size from 3,130 square feet of living area to 3,992 square feet, priced from the $350s.

All Ryland Homes at Cureton are 100 percent ENERGY STAR certified, which ranks them among the most energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable homes on the market, Long added.

The community’s Union County location – on Carindale Road, off Waxhaw-Marvin Road – boasts lower taxes, top-rated schools, and convenience to shopping and dining.

Cureton has an array of amenities that include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playground, walking trails and sidewalks throughout the community to name a few.
