ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has opened eight Estate Series home sites for sale at Laureate Park, located off Tavistock Lakes Blvd. in Lake Nona, the master planned community in Southeast Orlando.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said four and five bedroom Estate Series homes on 70 foot home sites range in size from 2,898 square feet of living space to 3,847 square feet and are priced from $394,990.
Standard features in the Estate Series homes include 12-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens and three-car garages.
Roche said Ashton Woods has also opened 20 more traditional home sites for sale at Laureate Park to build three and four bedroom homes with two or two-and-a-half baths that will range in size from 2,026 square feet to 2,491 square feet, priced from $289,990.
