SeaGate Homes to Start Spec Homes in Three Different Communities

PALM COAST – SeaGate Homes, Flagler County’s largest and most active home builder, plans to start construction on three spec homes in three different communities in May.

Two of the homes – a 2,770-square-foot Summerland model and a 2,048-square-foot Sea Spray – will be built in St. Augustine’s Whisper Ridge and Seagrove communities, respectively. The third, a 2,446-square-foot Worthington – will be in Palm Coast, according to Michael Sawdai, SeaGate’s vice president of operations.

The Worthington – a four-bedroom, two-bath, plan – will be priced at $202,900 and located in Palm Coast’s Cypress Knoll community. One of SeaGate’s most popular plans, the home will feature tile floors, stainless-steel appliances, 42" cabinets with crown molding, and granite countertops.

The Summerland is a four-bedroom, three-bath, three-car garage plan that will be built on a one-third acre lakefront lot in the final phase of Whisper Ridge Reserve. It will include an inviting double-door entry, decorative arches, coffered ceilings, a 32-foot covered lanai, and a pool bath, as well as an oversized master suite with two large walk-in closets. Sawdai said it will be priced at $289,900.

The four-bedroom, two-bath Sea Spray will be located in the quaint beachside, master-planned community of Seagrove on Anastasia Island. Built in a Craftsman style, the home will feature a large, welcoming front porch, a tray ceiling in the master, and a spacious kitchen with a bay window breakfast nook. It will be priced at $299,900.
