CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Ryland Homes has opened 35 new home sites at Eagles Landing at The Palisades, the master planned community located off Highway 49 in southwest Charlotte.
Krista Long, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charlotte region, said Ryland plans to build 35 new single family homes priced from the $360s in its newest phase at the community.
The full brick single family luxury homes priced from the $360s will range in size from 3,144 square feet of living space to more than 4,000 square feet, Long said.
Some new homes at Eagles Landing at The Palisades will feature first floor master bedrooms and game rooms. Basement and golf course home sites are available, Long added.
Nestled on the banks of Lake Wylie, The Palisades earned Audubon International’s highest certification.
The Palisades features a Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course and private country club, soccer training complex and more than seven miles of hiking and nature trails. The private Palisades Episcopal School in the community with Junior Kindergarten through 8th Grade offers small group instruction and an exceptional classical curriculum.
The Tim Wilkison Signature Sports Complex at The Palisades features a swimming pool and waterslide, state-of-the-art fitness center and an award winning tennis complex.
