Mattamy Homes US Group Names New Home Counselors in the Orlando Region

WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes US Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, recently appointed Elena Colón and Leisa Zanders New Home Counselors in its Orlando Division.

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes US Group, said Colón has 13 years of experience in residential real estate sales. She formerly was a sales associate for another national homebuilder in the central Florida region. Parker said Colón holds an Associate in Arts degree from Seminole State College and a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation through the National Assn. of Homebuilders (NAHB) continuing education. Colón will be working out of Mattamy’s community of The Reserve at Loch Lake off Lake Mary Blvd. in Seminole County.

Parker said Zanders, who has 10 years of experience in residential real estate sales, also joined Mattamy as a new home counselor. Zanders was formerly a sales associate with Zip Realty in Orlando. She will be assisting new homebuyers at two of the homebuilder’s communities – The Reserve at Loch Lake and Lake Jean in Winter Park.
