TAMPA, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a Prudential Tropical Realty New Home Specialist training session on Thursday, June 7, at Waterbridge at Stonebrier, located at 3202 Mapleridge Drive off County Line Rd. in Lutz.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the New Home Specialist training session for Prudential Tropical Realty associates is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Prudential Tropical Realty associates who successfully complete the five-day, 18-hour New Home Specialist course and pass the exam will receive diplomas, above average consumer knowledge and additional preferred builder incentives.
“Prudential Tropical Realty offers an excellent New Home Specialist training course that includes more than 14 hours of classroom time and four hours of vital construction site study at one of Prudential Tropical’s preferred builder communities,” Strickler said.
“To date, Prudential Tropical Realty has graduated more than 200 agents, and has over 500 agents in the Tampa Bay market,” he added.
