ORLANDO, Fla. --- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed David W. Todd Global Real Estate Advisor in its Heathrow/Lake Mary Marketing Center.
Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said Todd earned two B.S. Degrees---one from the University of North Dakota in Education and another from Florida Southern University in Business Administration.
As a professional musician, Todd toured with such internationally known performers as Aerosmith, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Chubby Checker, Little Richard, Wishbone Ash and Guess Who.
As a specialty commercial real estate investor, Todd bought and sold food and beverage facilities throughout the country for more than a decade, acquiring distressed operations, restyling and renovating them and then reselling them.
As a residential real estate agent for more than 10 years, Todd earned Master Awards and Eagle Awards from Century 21 Realty.
“David Todd is a highly creative real estate professional whose perspective as investor, owner and seller is invaluable,” Soderstrom said. “We anticipate he will play a major role in our growth in the Central Florida area.”
Todd will focus on the Wekiva area, Longwood, Altamonte Springs and Lake Mary.
