Lennar to Host Realtor Reception June 13 at Heritage Isle in Melbourne to Unveil Realtor ACES Commission Program

MELBOURNE, Fla. --- Lennar Homes will host an exclusive Realtor Reception to unveil its ACES Realtor commission program on Wednesday, June 13 at Heritage Isle, located on Ringold Street in Viera adjacent to Melbourne’s Duran Golf Club.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lennar’s new ACES program rewards top area Realtors with one of the highest commissions ever on the closings of new ready-to-move-in homes.

Metheny said Realtors who register for Lennar’s ACES Realtor program at www.lennarlovesrealtors.com and successfully complete the online orientation program and pass the test, will receive an additional one percent commission – for a total of six percent – on sales of new ready-to-move-in homes in all Lennar communities.
