ORLANDO, Fla. – Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, is working on major design work for the retail portion of the long-anticipated Mills Park mixed-use development at the site of the former landmark Mills & Nebraska Lumber Company on U.S. 17-92 and Virginia Ave. near Loch Haven Park.
Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said Mills Park will include 50,000 square feet of retail space with upscale apartments.
