Winston James Construction starts four bedroom luxury home at Island Club in Lake Mary

Altamonte Springs, Fla. --- Winston James Construction Co. based in South Daytona, in partnership with Incentive Properties, has started construction of a four bedroom, three-and-a-half bath luxury home at the Island Club a gated residential community located on AAA Drive in Lake Mary.

Winston Schwartz, president of Winston James Construction, said the luxury home will open in the fall.

The 3,280 square foot home will be priced at $499,900.

Incentive Properties of Altamonte Springs is marketing the luxury home, Schwartz said.
