Park Square Homes Names Four New Sales Associates

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Park Square Homes has appointed Jose Perez, Teresa Valdes, Karen Burk and Megan Fussell new home sales consultants.

Vishaal Gupta, president and chief operating officer at Park Square Homes, said Perez, who graduated from the Mid-Florida Technical Institute, has 30 years of experience in home sales.

Valdes, who has more than one year of experience, formerly served as a sales associate at DeLuca Homes in Orlando.

Burk is a graduate of Florida State University who has 35 years of experience in new home sales.

Fussell, a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. Degree in Public Relations, has more than 12 years of experience in sales and marketing.
