ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International recently negotiated a new long term lease and an expansion lease agreement with an existing tenant at Altamonte Lakeside Park on Cranes Roost Blvd. in Altamonte Springs totaling more than 4,800 square feet.
Kenneth R. Koch, commercial portfolio director at Emerson International, said Sodexo is the tenant at 283 Cranes Roost Blvd who expanded by 3,214 square feet bringing its total occupancy to 21,426 square feet. Sara Wardrup of Mohr Partners represented Sodexo.
Uptown Realty Group signed a new five-year lease for 1,647 square feet at 307 Cranes Roost Blvd. for a new Real Estate office.
Koch negotiated both transactions representing the landlord, Emerson International, Inc.
